Business plan required
Bundles are available on the Business plan or higher. Upgrade your plan in Plan & billing to unlock this feature. What are bundles?
A bundle is a curated collection of products sold as a single subscription offering. Unlike build-a-box (where customers choose products), bundles have a fixed product list that you define. For example, you might create a “Coffee Essentials” bundle that includes:- 1 bag of coffee beans
- 1 box of filters
- 1 travel mug
Create a bundle
1
Go to Bundles
Click Offers → Bundles → Create bundle.
2
Name your bundle
Enter a clear name that describes the product set (e.g., “Coffee Essentials Bundle”, “Starter Kit”).
3
Set the bundle price
Enter the total subscription price for all products in the bundle. This is the recurring amount customers pay per billing cycle.
4
Add products
Select the products to include in the bundle. You can add multiple products and variants.
5
Configure discount code
The app automatically generates a discount code for the bundle. This code is used internally to apply the bundle pricing at checkout.
6
Save the bundle
Click Save to create the bundle. The bundle is now available for customers.
Manage bundles
The Bundles page shows all your active bundles with:- Bundle name
- Bundle price
- Number of products included
- Discount code (auto-generated)
Edit a bundle
Click Edit next to any bundle to change the name, price, or included products. Changes take effect immediately for new subscriptions.Editing a bundle does not change existing subscription contracts. Customers who already subscribed to the bundle continue receiving the original product set and price.
Delete a bundle
Click Delete to remove a bundle. This does not cancel existing subscriptions—customers who already subscribed to the bundle remain active. How bundles work
- You create a bundle with a fixed product list and price
- The app generates a discount code for the bundle
- Customers use the code (or a direct link) to subscribe to the bundle
- All products in the bundle are delivered together on each billing cycle
- The bundle price is charged per cycle, regardless of individual product prices
Bundle vs build-a-box
- Bundle: You choose the products. Customers subscribe to your curated product set.
- Build-a-box: Customers choose the products. They build their own subscription box from your catalog.
