- Check your Cordial account for API rate limits or errors
- Ensure the contacts exist in Cordial before expecting subscription data to appear
Klaviyo: Events not appearing
- Confirm you’re using a Private API Key (starts with
pk_), not a Public API Key - Wait a few minutes for events to appear in Klaviyo (they’re sent asynchronously)
- Check the customer profile in Klaviyo to see if the event is listed under Activity
LoyaltyLion: Points not awarded
- Verify Enable LoyaltyLion is toggled on
- Check that your Token and Secret are correct
- Make sure the customer has a LoyaltyLion account linked to their Shopify customer record
Zapier: Webhooks not received
- Test the webhook URL manually with a tool like Postman to confirm it’s reachable
- Check Zapier’s task history to see if the webhook was received but the Zap failed
- Verify the webhook URL is correct and hasn’t expired (Zapier URLs can expire if unused)
