# Customers

> View and manage subscribers

The **Customers** page lists all customers who have active, paused, or cancelled subscriptions. You can view customer details and see their subscription history.

## Customer list

The customer list shows:

* Customer name and email
* Number of active subscriptions
* Total revenue from subscriptions
* Date of first subscription order

Use the search bar to find specific customers by name or email. You can filter by subscription status to see only customers with active subscriptions.

## Customer details

Click any customer to view their full profile. The customer detail page shows:

* All subscriptions (active, paused, and cancelled)
* Order history for subscription purchases
* Shipping addresses on file
* Payment methods
* Lifetime subscription revenue

## Manage customer subscriptions

From the customer detail page, you can:

* View all the customer's subscriptions
* Edit any of their subscription contracts
* Create new subscriptions for the customer
* Send subscription-related emails

Click through to individual subscriptions to make changes like updating products, rescheduling billing, or pausing the subscription.

  When a customer contacts support, search for them on the Customers page to quickly access their subscription details.

## Customer portal access

Customers can manage their own subscriptions through the customer portal. Any changes they make in the portal appear in the merchant dashboard immediately.
